Registration Policy and Restrictions

Welcome to the 2011 Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. (TAI) Convention Registration. We are excited to have you participate in this historic event. Each convention participant must register in order to access the convention area. Non-members of TAI will be offered an opportunity to join the organization and register at the discounted member’s rate. Early registration ends on May 31, 2011. Regular registration will continue through July 15, 2011. To eliminate duplicate registrations, DO NOT mail a registration form that has been submitted online. We look forward to seeing you in August!

Terms and restrictions

Registration Policies:

• Registration confirmations will be emailed following a successful online registration.
• TAI Chapter Member Early-bird Only Discount – Chapter Affiliation will be verified.
• Pre-registration ends July 15, 2011. After this date, you must register on-site.
• Registration rates quoted are in U.S. dollars. Checks must be payable in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
• Only registered attendees with a badge may attend convention events/activities.
• All events will be ticketed. Seats are limited and will be ticketed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Lost badge fee is $25.
• Return-check fee is $50. NO Exceptions.

Cancellation Policies:

• All requests for refunds must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
• Cancellations postmarked on or before May 31, 2011 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
• Cancellations postmarked between June 1-30, 2011 will be eligible for a 50% refund, less a $50 administration fee.
• Cancellations/refunds will not be made for requests postmarked after June 30, 2011. No Exceptions.
• Refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the convention.
